The Space

The house opens up with a "farm" style door that is cut in half. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Viking stove and oven, indoor grill, heat lamp, stainless steel appliances, wood counters, and plenty of space. The kitchen opens up to the outdoor covered patio/living room that is furnished in chic, bohemian, and cozy style. The backyard is very large with string lights throughout and a brightly lit orange tree. There is plenty of backyard furnishings, tables, poufs, grill, heat lamp. HOUSE RULES: These rules are for renting my home for PRODUCTION. Sorry if the list is long, we have kept adding to it by encountering situations we wanted to avoid in the future. PLEASE READ THESE RULES! -If loud noise is a necessity, we need to discuss in advance: loud dialogue, generators, etc. -Be respectful of home and neighbors. That means if your cast and crew must enter early, be quiet as to not wake sleeping neighbors. -No smoking on property: inside the home, backyard, or front yard, any cast or crew that needs to smoke must do so in the street -No DJ or stereo set up whatsoever unless previously discussed and approved in written form -No noise after 10pm -No generators allowed -Please coordinate any furniture/gear rental, or moving of home owners furniture/decor. Don't just grab surfboards to use as props or move our frames/furniture without asking. -All trash and recycling must leave with you, do not leave in trash bins or on property -Must include set-up time and break down time in your desired hours, no coming early or staying late, doing so will incur 1.5x the rate. -Price includes normal cleaning, but please do not trash my home! Any excessive cleaning or painting will be paid by you. -Any damages to walls, furniture, or decor must be paid for or repaired at renter's expense -No selling alcohol -You are renting the common spaces: backyard, covered patio, kitchen, living room, and front bathroom. The rest is off-limits unless you have written permission. -No set up in the front yard for gear, krafty service, wardrobe, etc. You can park in the driveway, but there should be nothing else in the front yard. -You cannot film in our three bedrooms, office, or front yard. -No activity WHATSOEVER in the front yard other than passing to enter or leave the property. -No filming in the street or surrounding neighborhood -No access to other rooms unless previously discussed and agreed upon in written form -No trailers sitting outside on the street -No access to master bedroom and master bath whatsoever -Must prove COI -Must keep krafty/food service inside the house or in the backyard, NOT THE FRONT YARD. -No filming in the front yard unless previously discussed and approved in written form -No leaving gear/equipment overnight unless previously discussed and approved in written form. We can store your (limited) equipment under the patio for $250/night. Need to discuss prior. -We have the right to cancel your shoot at any moment and keep the money should we find that you are violating these rules
