Currently managing a new coworking/event space on the southside steps away from the University of Chicago. Whether it be a networking event or conference, we can accommodate 2-120 guests.

The Space

Located next door to the University of Chicago our space is the perfect place for your next company party or networking event. This newly renovated 1000 sqft space comes equipped with Bose speakers, AV capabilities, a TV (coming soon), and an additional room that can be used for storage or prep. The room is lined with LED lighting as well as the stairwell that leads to the space. There is a parking lot and ample space around our building for parking. As a coworking space we do value our members, please keep in mind that some of our members have 24/7 access to the facility.
