The Space

Host up to 100 guests for a private party or corporate event at my full-floor loft in Midtown Manhattan, steps away from Bryant Park. My warm, comfortable and uniquely decorated 3,000 square foot loft boasts everything you need for a special celebration, off-site meeting, photo/film shoot. Our loft occupies an entire floor in a commercial building in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Rent the entire space for up to 100 guests. The venue features state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment, built in music, comfortable vintage styled seating, two bar stations, full kitchen, game room and or conference room with a conference table. Hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, and expansive windows create a warm and welcoming environment. The venue is fully equipped with the following amenities: vintage-styled sofas, two restrooms, two bars, 20 x 20ft projection screen, 60" flat screen smart TV, cable with sports package channels, conference table, Xbox console, Apple TV, up lights, glassware, poker table with cards and chips, private kitchenette, oven, domestic sized refrigerator with freezer, microwave, glassware, ice buckets, drink dispensers, wi-fi, built-in sound system with plug in play for iPhone or iPad, JBL Bluetooth speaker and many other amenities

An event manager, bartender, bar-back, door hostess, coat check hostess and or busser are included in the rental rate. Complimentary use of our glassware, ice buckets, drink dispensers as well as ice and supplies such as hand towels, hand soap, and toiletries are included. The venue also includes Wi-Fi, 20 x 20ft projection screen, full kitchen and a list of others amenities at no additional cost. Our staff is responsible for cleaning after every event so you can spend time with your guests without the hassle of cleaning after. Our $500/hr rate is for business networking events and mixers held after 6pm Monday through Thursday where food and drinks will be served for a 4-hour minimum. Our buyout rates are for private events such as birthday, graduation and other private gatherings. 5-hour Buyout $2,100 / day (ends before 6pm) $2,900 / night 6-hour Buyout $2,400 / day (ends before 6pm) $3,200 / night Wedding Ceremony / Reception 7-hour buyout (bar package required) $3,500 2019 December Rental Rates 5-hour Buyout $3,500 6-hour Buyout $3,800 6-hour Buyout with 5-hour open bar package $3,200 plus 5-hour open bar package per person We provide open bar packages that include, two bartenders, vintage tub filled with ice for beer or champagne, garnishes, mixers, barware and crystal glassware. We do allow for outside liquor to be brought in but we require that our bartenders be used only. We also work with a preferred caterer that we can refer to you for your event but we do allow for outside catering or food to be brought in. Servers are also available for hire at the rate of $40/hr.
