It's the perfect place to bring your friends and family together for some fun. State of the art 7,600 square foot workspace located in the heart of the greater Los Angeles creative zone. We offer a variety of spaces, both inside and out. 40x40 cyclorama and dance floor, 22 ft ceiling, outdoor space in the front and back, and an on-site garden and alley provide secluded settings that run from urban environment to desert habitat! EVENT RENTAL RATES Studio rate is based on the number of people attending the event. $275.00 per hour includes Ground level studio & lounge area, ground level bathroom, makeup room, parking lot, back yard. $375.00 per hour includes Ground Level & Second Level lounge room, kitchen and glass block deck area. Events also require a Cleaning/Site Rep Fee as follows: $300.00 When Renter is serving alcohol, security guards are required as follows: Up to 50 people requires 1 security guard 51 to 100 people requires 2 security guards. Over 100 people requires 3-4 security guards. You can provide your own guards or we can provide guards at an agreed upon hourly rate.
