The Space
This one of a kind elegant space is located in the heart of DTLA’s Fashion District. Our high-end custom built creative space offers a blank canvas for any project and or event. Available to any and all including event planners, musicians, photographers, casting directors, actors, designers, stylists, non-profit organizations, etc. Clients fall in love with the space the moment they walk in and have had success in perfecting their brand. We host an array of projects like music videos, podcasts, interviews, fashion editorials, acting headshots, workshops, art galleries. We’ve had the privilege of working with Youtubers, artists, professional photographers, celebrities, musicians, public speakers, and product designers. Whatever your goal is we can help you reach beyond it. Our space is versatile for events as well. Nearly everything can be rearranged or hidden while keeping it aesthetically pleasing. We love our guests and we’ve had great feedback about how their experience was. We’ve hosted meetings, projected movies, and we allow catering for your bridal showers, sit down dinners, and holiday cocktail parties. Stop by and see for yourself. You'll be pleased with the bright white interior accompanied by the abundance of natural light beaming through 190sqft of broad window space where you may open the windows for fresh air or turn on the A/C (We know it gets hot in LA). There’s polished concrete flooring and 12ft high ceilings and you can draw the shades for your more intimate gatherings. Amenities include FREE High Speed Wi-Fi, full kitchen and bar, lounge area, custom designed hair and make up station , rolling clothing rack, professional steamer, and in house studio equipment free with rental, and a restroom.
