The Space

The former house of Williamsburg's very first neighborhood bar, this unique space is a timeless one. Recently polished up with some custom creations and bar restoration, this rustic beauty is ready to go for a weekend retail pop-up, special celebration, or film/photo production. Inside is 1,100 sq ft of open space that enters from street and opens to a 1,500 sq ft enchanted private backyard. Tables and chairs shown are included. Open to hourly, daily, monthly rentals. Inside is 1,100 sq ft of open space that enters from street and opens to a 1,500 sq ft enchanted private backyard. All furniture in photos is included. Open to hourly, daily, monthly rentals. Minimum of 3 hours booking Weekdays Minimum of 5 hours booking Weekends Saturday slots are 9am - 5/6pm & 5/6pm - 12am Min. Half Day Rate Sat & Sun: $1,500 Min. Full Day Rate Sat & Sun: $3000 HOUSE RULES All events/production require a $500 security deposit to be collected at the start of reservation and to be returned at the end of reservation (upon inspection). We may ask for a larger deposit for larger events. Additional insurance may also be required at the discretion of the host. All decorations brought in must be removed and taken out or thrown out. Alcohol is permitted, but please NO excessive drinking! If you are excessively intoxicated, you may be asked to leave. Please inquire about our wine partners! No smoking inside. NO USE OF CANDLES. ABSOLUTELY NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI. Any glitter or confetti will a total loss of security deposit. Outside catering is allowed at no extra charge, but please inquire about our catering partners, they are amazing! An extra cleaning fee of $60 will be charged if food, plates, cups, etc. are not thrown out, and boxes are not broken down and put in recycling. Please put all garbage in the garbage, and we will take care of the rest. *Please inquire about hiring a Site Rep if you wish to have on site service of cleaning / organizing during your event.

We leave you with the space exclusively but if you would like to have someone on site to help throughout your event, please inquire about pricing for production assistant / event manager. We have amazing photographers, florists, bartenders, servers, and musicians in the communicate that can also be booked (if available).
