The Space

We are offering you a beautiful backyard for any outdoor event. Brand new large pool with beach area and jacuzzi. Two acres of land perfect for bouncy houses, baby showers, bridal showers, photo shoots and even beautiful weddings. Along with a brand new covered marble multipurpose fully ventilated patio and a full bathroom. Anything else could be negotiated, we are flexible.

Full Day will be from 8AM to Midnight. Event - Up to 40 Persons - $400 Per Hour Event - 41 to 60 Persons - $500 Per Hour Event - 61+ (contact Host for rates) Event - Daily Rates will also be adjusted based on the number of persons. Full Day will be from 8AM to Midnight. Production - Up to 10 Persons - $320 Per Hour Production - 11 to 20 Persons - $420 Per Hour Production - 11+ (contact Host for rates) Production - Daily Rates will also be adjusted based on the number of persons. Full Day for Meetings will be from 9AM to 5PM. Full Day for Pop-Ups will be 8 Hours.
