The Space

The 1920's house is located in the Hollywood Hills close to public transport. The neighborhood is called the Hollywood Dell and is part of "Old Hollywood." The home is decorated in an eclectic mix of ethnic and European antiques. The large tropical garden is ideal for a shoot that could be either in the jungle or a place owned by a bohemian local. The interior is around 1500 square feet and the lot it sits on is approximately over quarter of an acre. Pricing is based on 15 person maximum. For larger groups, additional fees will be applied. $100 cleaning/prep fee. Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

The location is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to a shoot. I provide hand washing stations with sanitizer. In addition, several sanitizing stations are set up around the location. Masks are worn by all staff throughout the shoot. I can provide masks if necessary for crew. There are ample outdoor spaces where social distancing can be practiced. I frequently sanitize all high use areas such as bathroom throughout the shoot.

Must have permit from Film LA for all production bookings. Cleaning fee minimum $100 depending on type of event and number of people. Pricing of $149 is for 15 or less people. Additional fee for larger groups. Extra hours: $1.5xhourly price Must have event insurance Trash not removed from site: $200 (no fee if you take your trash)
