An additional signed location agreement is required prior to entry. 2. An insurance certificate naming our company as additional insured is required prior to entry. Our requirements are outlined on the contract and a sample certificate will be sent. Please note that we require proof of worker's comp coverage. 3. A refundable security deposit is required prior to entry. We accept check or credit card authorization. 4. Parking is available for an additional fee. Please let us know your parking needs in advance. 5. A basic cleaning fee is included. Dumpster use and heavy cleaning will be at an additional fee. Please let us know your expectations in advance. 6. The rates listed are for weekday / business hours. Weekend and overnight rates are different.
