This loft is our 3rd renovation, (with many consulting projects in between.) My husband and I both come from art, design and fashion backgrounds. And with 23 years of marriage, we are a great team, and share the same vision! Our creativity is part of our daily life. We are a family with strong roots, yet ever-changing environments, experiences and adventures!

The Space

Purchased as "raw space" in 2004, our loft also happens to be our home. We have created an exquisite, architecturally unique space. With an abundance of beautiful surfaces, lighting, fixtures, objects, incredible art, and great furnishings, our loft is one-of-a-kind. While edgy, modern and industrial... our home is also warm, cozy, and embodies all of the elements of a true Tribeca loft. We have enjoyed great family holidays, fantastic parties, 2 bridal showers, 5 birthday parties, many photo shoots, and a plethora of epic evenings entertaining!! My husband is a 2nd generation antique dealer, knowledgeable in over 500 categories of 18th, 19th, and 20th century pieces. Hence, our ever-changing environment. Most everything in the loft is available for sale and/or rental. And also can be removed, re-situated and/or re-purposed. In addition, my husband is co-owner of a 4,000 sq ft gallery located in Chelsea, NY. Filled with one of a kind objects, exquisite luxury branded items, accessories, artwork & mid-century modern pieces, the gallery and my husband have been known as the "go-to" destination for decorators, designers, architects, as well as the most important collectors in search of the best of the best for over 2 decades.

All prices include time spent for set-up, breakdown & cleaning. In the event we need to remove, eliminate, re-configure, etc. any of the elements or artwork in the space, it will be subject to an additional fee. Please feel free to contact us for specific details and pricing. (NOTE: All security, overtime, cleaning, damages, replacements to either our loft and/or the building, are the sole responsibility of the renter.)

50% refund up to 1 week prior to event check in, except service fees.
