This ex-factory space is perfect for productions that may involve a vehicle or anything on wheels. It is street level with a rolling garage door, allowing cars, and other heavy equipment to be moved in and out of the space easily. Pricing Structure for this space: A flat rate of $100/person/12-hour day for the space. No deposit is required – We charge per person- ie, how many people you have and multiply by $100. Special consideration and pricing may be given to shoots of more than 25 people.
