Monday – Thursday Room Rental Rate:
o Daytime - $400.00
o Evening - $500.00
Friday Room Rental Rate:
o Daytime - $650.00
o Evening - $850.00
Saturday Room Rental Rate:
o Daytime - $900.00
o Evening - $1,000.00
Sunday Room Rental Rate:
o After 3pm - $750.00
All room rentals on any day will include:
Guest & Food Tables, Black Banquet Chairs, Black Tablecloths, Dinnerware & Glassware, Dance Floor, AV Equipment (Projector, Microphone, Built-in Speakers), Large Private Parking Lot
Social Events Pricing for Venue Only: (Weddings, Birthdays, etc.)

All rentals will include: 1 Attendant, Tables & Chairs & Dancefloor & Parking Lot
Any other equipment will be an additional charge
Venue with In House Caterer (Fine Food Events), are priced based on per person and are inclusive. The price per person packages will include venue rental, a few rentals, food, beverages, and service. Set up and Cleanup will be handle by us as well and less worry for you! Please inquire for more information.
