The Space

Our floor through studio is a sanctuary in midtown Manhattan. It is full of light, plants and has a special artistic energy that is welcoming to all. It is 1000 square feet. It has two rooms that have doors. The studio is perfect for meetings, photo shoots, video shoots, rehearsing space, workshops, small events, holiday parties, and more. We've hosted baby showers, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, birthday parties, team building workshops, focus groups, fundraisers, yoga classes, meditation classes, writing workshops, etc... We have 18 white chairs and several tables. Due to COVID we recommend events have no more than 18 people seated or 18 people standing. The studio has two private rooms both with windows. Perfect for events that require more than one room. There is a small kitchenette and one unisex bathroom. There is a small refrigerator you can use. The only sink is in the bathroom. There is a $60 Cleaning Fee that needs to be paid in cash or Paypal account before the booking begins. If the space is left dirty and there is more than 3 garbage bags of rubbish then there will be a $100 cleaning fee applied. Breakages and damages will be taken out of the $200 security deposit. Arriving early will incur a charge. Staff will be on sight or nearby for the duration of the booking. Overtime will be charged 1.5 times the rate and taken out of the security deposit. We give a 10 minute grace period and then charge in 30 minute increments at 1.5 x the rate. YOU WILL NEED TO PRESENT $260 cash to the attendant upon arrival. They will give you $200 back (less the $60 cleanging fee), if there are no damages.

50% refund up to 1 week prior to event check in, except service fees.
