The Space

Our facility is located near steps away from the historic Flatiron building and Madison Square park. The facility features two conference rooms, and is ideal for corporate conference rooms and Focus Groups during Market Research studies and Product testing. The larger room comfortably seats 15 people, and the other conference seats approximately 8 people. Both rooms include A/V recording, Teleconferencing and Focus Vision capabilities (available at an additional cost). Each conference room has an adjoining Observation Room with one-way mirrors and seating. The facility also has a kitchen. We are located between Park Avenue and Broadway with easy access to public transportation and a parking garage located next door (not included in Facility rate).
