Front room Studio Sanctuary in Midtown

This is the front room studio in our floor through sanctuary in midtown, Manhattan. It is 600 square feet, full of light, plants and has a special artistic energy that is welcoming to all. The studio is perfect for meetings, photo shoots, video shoots, rehearsing space, workshops, small events, holiday parties, and more. We've hosted baby showers, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, birthday parties, team building workshops, focus groups, fundraisers, yoga classes, meditation classes, writing workshops, etc... We have 10 white chairs and 1 table. We recommend events have no more than 10 maximum in this space. If you have more than 10 people please see our other listing for the full space. The studio has two private rooms both with windows. There is a small kitchenette and one unisex bathroom. There is a small refrigerator you can use. The only sink is in the bathroom. There are 10 steps from street level to get to the small elevator. This is an old building with no wheelchair accessibility.
