★CLEANING★ We have a mandatory cleaning fee which means you do not have to mop the floor, clean the bathroom, take out trash however please leave space in original condition - treat as your own. When event or shoot is over all trash must be in trash bags, empty or half used bottled, boxes, food in garage bags - if anything is moved kindly place back in original space.. Cleaning fee for 1-6 people $80 . $350 for up-to 20 people .
