This is not your average Brooklyn apartment. Quirky yet oh-so comfortable, this semi-duplex space has everything you need. Close to both the Graham and Grand stops on the L line subway, you couldn't ask for a better Brooklyn location! This ground floor, backyard-facing apartment feels more like a little house than a city apartment. Unique and funky details are sprinkled throughout the space which is comfortable and welcoming. Great for small film/photoshoots. Furniture can be used as props or moved out to create your ideal setting!
