This space is on Gallery row - a staple of the Los Angeles art scene. It is a large, versatile space with 22 foot ceilings; clean and airy with plenty of natural filtered light, rollup door access and front street access. It has 3 large rooms that flow into each other, while simultaneously allowing for any section to be partitioned off if needed. It is furnished with a large 3 sided Olive slab bar and accented with lots of plants. It is simple to get to with private back alley access for easy load-in/load-outs and right next to plenty of bars, restaurants and venues downtown, receiving plenty of foot traffic. It comfortable fits approximately 200 guests. Joe's parking lot is directly across the street. The venue has successfully hosted designer pop-ups, art exhibitions, yoga workshops, tea ceremonies, film and photo productions.
