The Space

*ALL-INCLUSIVE MEANS WE INCLUDE JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING YOU’RE GOING TO NEED TO HAVE YOUR EVENT. JUST BRING YOUR FOOD, DRINKS, & GUESTS! LOCATION: The Nassau G train subway station is on the corner. Tons of parking. We are directly on Manhattan Avenue, the busiest commercial street right on the Williamsburg/ Greenpoint border. THE SPACE: We can comfortably accommodate 75 guests for any type of standing party, pop-up, cocktail party, wedding reception, fashion show, or performance, 65 people for seated events, showers, game nights, paint and sips, conferences, training events, and elegant dinners. FURNITURE: We include all of your important furniture. We include folding commercial chairs with an 800lb static capacity. We include tables for up to 65 guests. 5x 5ft rounds a few 8ft tables. We include an 8ft farmhouse table. We include a plushy leather sofa. We include tables to keep your food, treats, gifts, and party favors. We include backdrop stands to help you put up your decorations. We include a commercial fast chilling fridge for your drinks. We include tables for your DJ and other equipment. We include coat check racks. We include two sinks, one for things like paint etc, and one for foodservice. FOOD SERVICE EQUIPMENT: We include hot plates designed to keep large trays warm, no need for sternos! We include tongs, spatulas and serving spoons. We include extra tables to hold cakes, desserts, and gifts. We include plenty of trash carts to toss your trash and recyclables. We include small appliances. SOUND SYSTEM, PARTY LIGHTS, AUDIO VIDEO: We include professional DJ speakers and DJ lighting to make your party look and sound great! You only need your phone and a playlist and you can make your own music! If you’re going with a DJ, we have professional XLR connection ports for hard wire connections so they can use our PRO system that’s going to shake your bones. This room offers a 10ft projection television, with cable box. We include microphones for your announcements, or for singing! We include a laser light show, led candle light bulbs, string lights, and fog machine. BAR PACKAGE: REQUIRED TO SERVE ALCOHOL = $125 If you are planning on setting up a full bar, you will need to have a license. We will provide everything you need to be in compliance. This means a compliance officer with the license in his pocket, he will verify IDs, he will use verification software from Intellicheck ID and this will include age verification wristbands for each guest. HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE: OPTIONAL = $100 If you would like some extra help, we will have a housekeeper set up your furniture, maintain it clean, and break the furniture down at the end. Your party space will be cleaned at the beginning, middle and end. We will be responsible for your trash and all of your maintenance. This service is optional and can be added after you have made your booking, please give us at least a few days before your event so we can schedule it. PRICES: DAYTIME PRICING: The above listed rate ($45) is for all times during daytime hours, 8am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. Evenings, weekends, and holidays are rented by flat rates only. FRIDAY EVENINGS (7pm-1am): Flat rate of $450. *free load in time, ask for details SATURDAY AND SUNDAY DAYTIME (11am-5pm): Flat rate of $450. This time block is ideal for Brunch time events. SATURDAY EVENING PRICING (7pm-1am): Flat rate of $650. *free load in time, ask for details SUNDAY through FRIDAY EVENING PRICING (7pm-1am): Flat rate $450. *free load in time, ask for details * Alcohol must NOT be sold, it must be provided free of charge * Strict cancellation policy * Sorry, no tickets sold at the door, only sold upstairs. * Invited guests only. No open house. * No tape or sticking anything to the walls. No command strips. * White sticky putty ONLY for decorations on specific surfaces only. * We use background stands for decorating. * No glitter or confetti, no balloon glitter. $200 additional cleaning fee. * All included items are here in the ad, if it’s listed, it’s included, the ad is true! * These prices feature the self-cleaning option, housekeeping is available for a fee. * No 18-21 parties. The Game Room comes fully equipped and includes almost every little thing you could need for your party. All of your important furniture is included. 50% refund up to 1 week prior to event check in, except service fees.
