Amenities: Two bathrooms (one handicap accessible); sinks with preparation/ catering area; lighting; two street entrances. Sound system for playlists and DJ equipment capabilities. Wifi. The standard cleaning fee is 100 USD. We offer open bar options from $35 - $60 per hour per person OR you can prepay alcohol per bttl. for large parties, OR guests can pay as they go per drink.
