Please send us your event scope. ★ SPACE 101 ★ 1. Space is Empty - You are welcome to bring your own decor as needed. 2. We have limited furnishings for rental such as folding chairs, projector, tables, TV, couch setups, etc. 3. Discounts available for multiple use days and or booking needs. 4. Bookings must include setup/wrap for final quote ★ SECURITY DEPOSIT★ Management charges a mandatory refundable security deposit upon arrival to venue. This is determined by type of event and liability if any given the nature of events. All deposits are signed off and refunded upon wrap-up of event. Management allows for venmo, paypal, chase bank deposit, chase quick pay, cashier check or money order. ★CLEANING★ We have a mandatory cleaning fee which means you do not have to mop the floor, clean the bathroom, take out trash however please leave space in original condition - treat as your own. When event or shoot is over all trash must be in trash bags, empty or half used bottled, boxes, food in garage bags - if anything is moved kindly place back in original space. The cleaning fee is determined by # of guests: 25 Guests $125, 50 Guests $175, 80 Guests $225 ★CATERING★ We have a variety of amazing local NYC/BK restaurants/bakery in our network of partners and can offer diverse catering/dining/meal plans for all kinds of events. ★ADDITIONAL SPACE RULES★ - No selling of alcohol or tickets on premises - No smoking - For after-hours events please be mindful and respectful of the adjacent neighbors. - Some Events Might Require Appropriate Third-party Insurances. Productions always require a valid COI - If serving alcohol, 21+ to book, host and have appropriate measures to ensure legal safety of guests per NYC state law. - All under 21 age groups must have a legal guardian/parent present + book space for events
