This is a beautiful 2,000sq ft space with 15 foot ceilings. It has big industrial windows to let in lots of natural light. The space is located on the top floor (4th floor), so out of each window you are surrounded by the cityscape, and there are great sunset views. There are 3 passenger elevators leading to the rooftop parking lot with the option of stairs. As well as a freight elevator. The office has Mid Century Barcelona Sofa and chair, Concrete coffee table, mini fridge, wardrobe rack and large rustic Restoration Hardware table, with Mirror that is amazing for wardrobe, or make up. There are two bathrooms located down the hall next to the freight elevator. It is fully equipped with central AC's and vents throughout. There are black drapes, which can be pulled to the side, cover all the windows or be completely removed with the railing. Please give me a 72 hour lead time if you're interested in the curtains so i can install them before your shoot, or event. The furniture can be moved around. The space is perfect for Photo/Film shoots, Art/Exhibition events, Pop ups.
