About our business: We love the tiny touches. Primarily as a full service catering company, we make our own ice cream, roll butter with seasonal herbs, have nice sea salts on the tables, provide warm house made baskets of bread. We know that these small details have a large impact on the guests' overall experience. It doesn't matter if your guest count is 50 or 500, we won't overlook the "TNT".

The Space

This historic building is a 1928 Italian Villa right outside downtown LA. With warm wood floors, expansive rooms, exposed brick walls, two exterior courtyards, high exposed beam ceilings and a beautiful fireplace, this is a very unique venue. The space comes fully furnished with various couches, tables, chairs, and lighting to enhance your next offsite meeting, evening reception, or photo/film shoot. Also included in rental: 4x12ft reclaimed country chic tables 60 distressed oak European cafe chairs Baby Grand piano Lounge seating and breakout spaces throughout the building Overhead Audio System Wi-Fi 2 speakers with stands 1 mixer 1 XLR to 1/8th cable (iPod or iPhone) 2 Wireless handheld mic 1 video projector w/HDMI 1 6’X8’ screen Full catering services can be arranged to fit your meeting needs. Additional fees will apply.
