Gorgeous, Versatile Conference Room

Our conference rooms, Fern and Cactus, can comfortably seat 15-20 classroom style, 10-15 tabled, or can accommodate 20-25 standing for small receptions, cocktail parties, and more. With beautiful, Danish-inspired decor and modern, customized furnishings, our space is quiet and private and makes for excellent ambiance at any meeting or event. We are a large co-working space in downtown with a variety of available event venues for all types of functions. Located right off Bowling Green in front of the famous Charging Bull statue, we are easily accessible and enjoy stellar views of the Statue of Liberty and Battery Park. We have living plant walls, lots of natural lighting, state-of-the-art furniture and decor, an on-site cafe, and a super friendly staff! We offer internet access, ice water, and complimentary drip coffee from Stumptown with all reservations, and a member of our staff will always be on-hand to assist with your event. AV is included with our spaces. We have screens w/ projector or whiteboards, and a speaker system installed throughout. There is a variety of furniture, including tables, chairs, as well as a bar space and kitchen available. Additional breakout spaces also available to reserve.
