The Space

Film and Video productions have a rate of +$50/hour. We are unable to offer discounts or be flexible with minimum hours. Please do not message to ask for a discount. Our rates are carefully set to meet the needs of all stakeholders and are non-negotiable. Large impact network/commercial filming will require a customized fee schedule. This is a sprawling, richly textured, unrenovated historic home in Brooklyn with vintage details. Uniquely decorated, with a "Hometown, America" feel. There are multiple floors, providing many different looks. Most areas in the home are heavily exposed to natural light. Perfect location for photoshoots and film shoots with crews of all sizes. Please note: parking is as available on the street.
