The Space
Our darling, sunny, detached, private studio guest house, the NoHouse, is ready for your shoot in Los Angeles! Our 400 sq ft, studio guest house, with double French doors, features a full-size canopy bed for two and a small living room. There is a full bathroom with a tub. You also have your own private, outdoor 1000-square-foot patio with seating. The patio has a small charcoal grill. The patio area overlooks the back of some businesses in the alley, and is a bit city-like, so we've turned the furniture towards the house for a nicer view. :)

Health & Safety Policy
The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We thoroughly clean our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant. We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We provide hand sanitizer to our guests We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, tissues, a touch less trash can and additional cleaning supplies.
