Our space is interchangeable. We host private events from music shows, birthday parties, art galleries, pop up shops, and video/photography shoots.

Hourly (starting from)
Minimum hours: 1$100 cleaning fee. It is refundable if you return the space as we left it.
To rent the downstairs and upstairs combined is $200 a hour.
