Our 1350 sq foot location, centrally located in Brooklyn, offers a clean, malleable space and modern accents all set within a classic speakeasy vibe. Complete with Full Bar/Catering & License, Coat Check, DJ Gear/Sound System, WiFi, and Live Performance capabilities, this space is the perfect setting for hosting up to 150 people, for any event, any time of the year. Built in 1913, our venue has a history as unique as the space itself and the clients we work with. A one time Brothel turned Pentecostal Church turned Cocktail Lounge is now available for your next party, production, panel, podcast and other options not starting with P, DETAILS: Hourly Rate includes: - Private access to lounge for up to 130 guests, 60-70 seated - PA/Sound, Mic, DJ Gear - Tables, Chairs, Glassware, Stage (optional) - Dedicated Event Manager/Captain - 1 Bartender - 1 Barback - All other amenities and staff charged separately. - No BYOB, Outside Alcohol or Outside Bar Staff permitted. No Exceptions. - Depending on event type and size, Security ($30hr) and Additional Bartender ($40hr) may be required at an additional cost. - Cash Bar or Open Bar (priced per person, per hour) options available. - All Events serving alcohol will have a Bar Guarantee that needs to be met. Guarantee will be dependent on event size, time and date. - Catering options available upon request. - Outside catering is subject to $50 Service Charge. - Open Bar, Specialty Drink and Non-Alcoholic beverage options available for additional fee. - $75 Clean-Up fee charged on all events ________________________________________________________________ Guests must comply with all the legal requirements in applicable jurisdictions obey all local, state, and federal laws and refrain from any behavior that results in illegal, discriminatory, or unethical actions. Premises are “Smoke-Free” and "Drug Free". Guests must comply with all laws regarding sexual harassment. Non-compliance of these laws will result in termination of any applicable licenses and/or services and any non-compliant persons, will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
