I love what I do for a living! Buying renovating and selling properties. The home we are listing for your event was intended for that purpose. We fell in love with the house, it's history and the rugged grounds. We know you'll love it for your project also. We know the house would make a great set for a movie. The Space

Every view of this house has something interesting to offer. The home built in 1898 offers a large open first floor plan, unusual for a home this age. The main living area has an Adirondack vibe with wainscoting and exposed chestnut beams. 2 fireplaces one stone one brick. Exposed brick in many rooms. The wall colors are light and bright, the windows large with vintage glass. Bright white Kitchen with farm sink. The house has 5 entries, many patios, 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms to choose from. The home also boasts a very creepy basement/crawl space for the horror film maker. The detached 4 car garage also has a 2nd story unfinished loft. Plenty of parking for your film crew!
