Pricing is as follows: Weekdays Before 5 pm: $200/Hour or $1,000 per day max Weekdays After 5 pm: $300/Hour or $900 per evening max Weekend Days Before 4 pm: $300/Hour or $1,200 per day max Weekend Evenings After 4 pm: $400/Hour or $1,600 per day max 15% discounts are available for nonprofits Our unique event venue is perfect for your next gathering. Located in an historic building in the River West area of Chicago, we also serve as the showroom for Reclaimed Table, a custom furniture company. We offer all furniture needed at no additional cost and also have the flexibility to arrange the space in a variety of layouts to suit your event's needs. Additionally, we provide many other amenities complimentary. We're located one block away from the Grand Blue Line, as well as the Grand and Milwaukee buses. We are also a short distance away from the Merchandise Mart Brown Line and are in a convenient spot for guests coming in from either O’Hare or Midway airport. For those driving, we have on-street parking right out front. In terms of space, can accommodate up to 80 people for a seated dinner and 125 for a standing/cocktail event.
