Home for the modern storyteller. A radical convergence of hospitality, workspace and post production facilities, we are a place and community for brands and artists to bring visions to life. Our flagship Hollywood Boulevard location offers 45,000 square feet of beautiful and turn-key workspaces, event and meeting venues and a complete suite of post-production facilities including editing bays, DI suites, sound mixing, and recording studios. Opening in Spring 2018, our DTLA Fashion District facility will feature 42,000 SF of office and event space on the 12th floor of the iconic California Market Center. It was designed and built from the ground up as perfect compliment to our Hollywood location.

The Space

The Large Conference Room features enough space for up to 10-12 guests. Conference room access includes complimentary wifi access and kitchen access - always stocked with coffee, water, and more! A conference room phone can also be provided upon request. Please specify if this space will be used for filming or any productions. All productions will require approval over 72 hours in advance (business days) and potentially additional fees & insurance documentation from the building management.
