It is a beautiful Art Deco Apartment. Featuring one bedroom and one bathroom with Amazing Artwork throughout the apartment. Unit has a big open area for film and equipment. There is a white board on the wall for drawing up scenes and taking down notes. There is a lot of natural lighting, the area has a separate balcony area that is enclosed from bugs and nature. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the courtyard and pool area. The balcony is very peaceful and well kept.
