The Space

The House has an inside area of 1900sqft with a 2000sqft patio. Rather than being down some small windy roads, the house is actually right by the highway and secluded enough for privacy. This well lit house gets the sun coming in from sunrise to sunset with the large windows allowing for light throughout the day. With a 200sqft patio, the city view through two hills shaped to form a valley is a sight to behold any time of the day. The Large windows and high ceilings make it quite airy inside and the patio cushions come fur-lines for comfort. There is also a hammock, a fire pit, a bar and heated pool in the patio. The inside has two additional fireplaces.
