The Space

***PLEASE NOTE: Our venue is closed for the month of FEBRUARY for renovations. We are not taking bookings or tours/walkthroughs this month, but please reach out and we will be happy to accommodate any plans your have for the future.*** Beautiful, modern event space with a private rooftop deck and gazebo overlooking Hollywood Boulevard, just two blocks east of the Dolby Theater (site of the Oscars) and world-famous TCL Chinese Theatre. This is a one-of-a-kind venue right above the Hollywood Walk of Fame, within view of such iconic sights as the Hollywood sign, The Egyptian Theater and the historic Musso & Frank Grill. For the first time, this hidden gem is available for your office party, wedding reception, birthday, photo shoot, production, and other events! The deck is roughly 1,200 square feet and features elegant string lighting. It can comfortably accommodate up to 70 people at one time. In addition to the rooftop, there are indoor common areas including two restrooms, a kitchen, and a private VIP room available to renters for use during events. Additional charges for site team may apply depending on the size & scope of your event, as well as during holidays and peak demand dates. We also have vendors for DJ, bar service, catering, photo booth, etc.

Surcharges often apply for holiday bookings. - We require at minimum a site rep from our team for all events. For larger events, additional staffing may be required for housekeeping, security, and event support purposes. Site team fees are not included in the base rental fee and range from $30-$90/hr.

We require an event supervisor from our team for all bookings (our site rep who will let you in, help you get situated with lights and wiring, monitor capacity, light and position space heaters, answer questions about the space, troubleshoot any issues, etc). We also require a doorperson/security. We also may need to staff up for larger events (for housekeeping & addtl support). For additional services, such as DJ, bartending, catering, furniture rental, etc., we can refer preferred vendors.
