That's how we started our business 12 years ago in Clinton Hill, and it's how we still spend most of our weeks—watching creatives use our space as the backdrop to tell a story. The Space

Looking for a beautiful shoot space with an equally beautiful holding space next door? Our Zen and Brooklyn Oasis Lofts are the perfect combo. Outside of the hot spot zone - great for large productions! Photos: the first 10 photos in the listing are of the Zen Loft and photos of the Oasis Loft begin after that. Located on the first floor in an industrial building in Clinton Hill Brooklyn, these two tranquil lofts are lined with big, beautiful industrial windows with lush green trees. We like to think of them as two quiet, peaceful tree houses. It’s a perfect backdrop for photo and film shoots. Features: -12 foot ceilings -Elevator up to the first floor -Open-plan kitchen, dinning and lounge areas in both spaces -On-site manager -Non-metered street parking available -Air conditioners in main lounge areas -2 bathrooms (one in each space) -Beautiful plant-lined industrial hallway available to shoot in when renting both spaces -South-facing windows - incredible daylight throughout the day -Note: Zen Loft is great for sound recording. Oasis is suited for holding/green room/b-roll
