Dedicated to establishing creative communities and self-sustaining business in developing areas, we offer two flexible, open spaces that can be transformed to suit any event. Our North Stage is a 4000 sq ft studio space featuring 14 ft ceilings, a 12 x 21 ft cyclorama, a green room with a private bathroom, high speed internet, and 400 amps of available power. Our South Stage is a 7000 sq ft raw space ready to accommodate any event from private parties to pop-up events. The South Stage features 12 ft ceilings, 3 private bathrooms, high speed internet, and 600 amps of available power. The spaces can be booked together for over 11000 sq ft of event space. Both spaces have ample street parking as well as drive in double doors for an easy load-in.
