You'll have access to the entire apartment including a fully furnished basement, kitchen,bedroom and yard. The modern aesthetic throughout the kitchen and living room will give you a variety of angles and looks. Take advantage of exposed brick throughout the space and a white brick photo backdrop in the basement. Capitalize on the fall foliage by capturing shots in our spacious backyard. Production equipment is not provided, but on-site parking and street-level access make loading in and out very easy for crews. Guests will have access to the kitchen for crew/talent use. Our space is conveniently located 2 blocks away from A/C Utica Station, 1 block North of a Citibike station, and a short walk from the B15 bus station."
