Ideal for use as an office space, photo and film shoots, co-working, auditions, casting, meetings, rehearsals, production, and more. Things to know: - Fully furnished (All furniture can be rearranged by request) - 5 large monitors - Bowtruss ceilings, skylights with excellent natural lighting, operable windows and concrete floors - Full Kitchen - Wifi - Large mezzanine with large lunch/ break area - Convenient access to the 10 and 405 freeways - Dog park and walking trail within proximity First Level: - 4 brick wall/ glass door executive offices - 2 wide 8 seat conference rooms both equipped with monitors - 24 personal desk spaces - 2 multi-stall restrooms - Full modern kitchen - 1 large whiteboard Second Level: - Large break room w/ whiteboard - 7 personal desk spaces - 2 large 8-seat tables - 1 bathroom w/ shower Parking: For an additional fee, 16 parking spaces are available upon request. Weekday (M-F): $400 / HR (4 hour minimum) Weekend: (S-S): $500 / HR (4 hour minimum)
