Penalty Fee $200 -No water, liquids, glue, tape of any kind on the CYC wall/ any other walls' surface. Penalty fee $200 -No standing on the CYC wall corner. Penalty Fee $200 -No pointy heels on the CYC wall. Penalty Fee $200 -Don’t lose the Fob for the Space. Fee $100 -Don't cut our paper backdrops. Penalty Fee $20 -Street parking only. 🎤 You will not be able to record clear sound in this studio -Cancellation/rescheduling is possible only until 7 days before the booking date -For some bookings (large groups shoots, late nights, weekends, etc.) a $200 Security Deposit is required (Zelle, Cash App) - it's fully refundable in the next 1-2 days after the booking if no damages/rules violation occur during the booking.
