The Space

A huge beautiful loft in an original TRIBECA Loft building. Open high end kitchen and big open space. Ideal for meetings, dinner or cocktail parties. Has good natural light for photo and film shoots since it has almost 14 feet high ceilings and huge windows. Fully furnsihed with high end furniture.

Cleaning: You can either clean the space yourself or you can hire our cleaning team which is (depending on timing) a minimum of 300 US$. If there is a big amount of garbage (more then 3 bags) there is a 150 US$ garbage fee. Garbage must be separated into garbage, paper, Metal&Plastic&Glass.

50% refund up to 1 week prior to event check in, except service fees.
