Incredible Outdoor & Indoor Venice Space

This legendary area has been named one of the COOLEST STREETS in AMERICA! Incredible 500 ft. indoor and 1000 ft. enclosed grassy outdoor space situated in one of LA’s prime locations known for lots of local foot traffic and tourists from around the world. Both indoor and enclosed grassy outdoor space are painted white, giving it the perfect backdrop for any type of pop-up space event or social gathering. The space has already been used for multiple pop-up events. We’ve had fashion events ranging from multiple vendors and individual brands. With clean white walls it has served as an incredible space for gallery showings. We allow picture/ art hanging on the walls. It has also been used for studio photo shoots. If need be, we have lighting equipment for rental. The lovely enclosed grassy space makes hosting a summer event incredible! Can accommodate up to 150 people.
