Located in the heart of Chelsea’s Fine Arts District, this vennue is an industrial chic raw event space available for private parties, photo shoots, meetings, retail pop-up locations, and art exhibitions. With exposed brick walls, 12 foot ceilings, ample back-of-house/catering space, built-in sound & lighting and a trellis-enclosed patio space visible from the Highline, our venue can comfortably hold 125-150 for a standing reception or 60-75 for a seated function.
