A dwelling place that encourages intentional relationships and cultivates a collaborative environment. "I’ve always loved tapping into my creativity and working with my hands as long as I can remember. The process of building and making something from nothing made me come alive, and I often found creative ways to integrate that into my life. I spent 12 years as an educator, and one thing I wanted to instill in the hearts of my students was “Never EVER give up on your dreams!” And now that I have transitioned into the world of entrepreneurship, my heart is to continue to share the same message."

The Space

We are an eclectic space that measures to be 6,700 square ft. Rentable event space measures to be 2,000 sqft, which can accommodate 200 people standing and 150 people seated. As an add-on, we have an additional 1,000 sqft of flex-space, which can accommodate 80 people standing/50 people seated. Our versatile and open floor plan is perfect for product launches, corporate events, dinner parties, weddings, workshops and more. We can easily transform our space to fit your needs and vision. Our space comes with all the in-house furnishings so you don't have to fret about paying additional rental fees to accommodate seating for your guests. If you need vendor recommendations, we have a list of amazing vendors you can choose from or have the freedom to bring in your own. There will be a site location manager present to help you with any questions or rearrangement of furnishings. There is ample FREE street parking available in the area and an easy load-in and out available for you to use during set-up and breakdown.

A Full day rate gives you 10 hours plus two additional hours for set-up and clean-up. Our in-house furnishings and sound equipment are included with bookings. Security is not included. An on-site coordinator will be available before and during/after the event.
