Industrial Chic Loft Space in Williamsburg

This space is located in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. 5 minute walk from the L Bedford and G train stops. This 2700 sq ft yoga studio has 3 huge arches that give you the possibility to merge the space, and give high vibe to it. The yoga room is 1500 sq ft, the lounge area is 1100 sq ft. The space used to be a famous photography studio, it has 3 large skylights that give it a unique light. It has a mid century modern design with an industrial chic twist to it. Really high ceilings! You can use it for photoshoots (people, products, furniture you name it!) You can host events, workshops, talks, there are a lot of possibilities to it. Amenities: -2 bathrooms, 1 changing room -Professional Sound system that is extremely easy to use, Mic included. (JBL sound system in the yoga room) -Sonos sound system in the lounge -Fridge -Bar area (no sink) -Manduka yoga mats, blocks and straps -Dimmable lights all over the studio -Disco ball We have classes running in the morning and evenings. However the space is empty 1-5 pm, some days 1-7 pm (weekdays) Space is available 5pm- late on weekends. The one thing you need to keep in mind is that our floors are concrete in the lounge and can take a beating, however, in the yoga room we have brand new oak floor that we want to keep looking clean so we would ask to cover for certain types of events when people come in wearing shoes/heels and are using the yoga room.
