The Space

We are flexible-use, family-friendly community space located in Chicago’s historic Logan Square neighborhood. Our beautiful, open-floor plan can transform from a corporate meeting spot to a shower, dinner party, or even children's party room! Ideal for celebrating everything from birthdays, showers, baptisms, graduations, trunk parties, or prom send offs! We are eager to work with you to create the backdrop for your most memorable family friendly occasions. Aubergine will be cleaned and sanitized prior to every rental in accordance with all reopening standards provided by the State of Illinois and the City of Chicago. Hand sanitizer is provided for guest use.

Modern, flexible-use space in Logan Square. Bookings include tables, chairs, and clean-up. You can bring in your own catering and decor. Flat rate cleaning fee $125 for events concluding prior to 1 p.m. Flat rate cleaning fee of $175 for events concluding after 1 p.m. Security Deposit of $325 is required. Only cash, zelle, cashapp, or venmo are accepted for security deposits. Tours (in person or video) prior to booking are strongly encouraged. Weekday rate (Monday - Thursday) $95 per hour Friday rate $125 for the first 4 hours, $95 each additional hour Saturday & Sunday Brunch events within 30 days are $95 per hour. Brunch events 30 or more days in advance are $125 for the first 4 hours, $95 each additional hour. Often, brunch rentals conclude by 1 p.m., but sometimes there is a late evening booking and brunch rentals can extend later. Saturday & Sunday afternoon & evening events are booked with a custom inquiry. Please note that pricing is $185 per hour on Saturday after 1p and $165 per hour on Sunday after 1p. Includes tables, chairs, and wi-fi. Use of shared kitchenette, and two bathrooms.
