The Space
With a 300-person capacity, the 4,000 square foot floor plan is split between two levels with a VIP suite overlooking the space. It's equipped with a state-of-the-art audiovisual and sound system, optional lifted stage, WiFi, built-in sound booth and buffet, public restrooms, and loading dock for large-scale installation. Included in the rental is a private entrance and driveway, and access to a roof deck for up to 75 people.
