Industrial Hotel with a Variety of Spaces

Our space currently operates 24/7 as a boutique hostel and, pre-Covid, as a bar/cafe. The ground floor is 5,000 square feet of a tastefully converted warehouse. There are handicapped accessible public restrooms on the ground floor. We have many different spaces that may suit you: The BAR/CAFE has an occupancy of about 35 people and is situated in the front of our space. There is a retractable garage door and it enjoys a lot of light. The bar is about 30' long and we have stools that seat about 10 people (spaced) and cafe tables and chairs that can be re-arranged to seat another 25 people. There is a TV with cable in this space and a sound system. The LOUNGE AREA is behind the bar and adjacent to the reception desk. This area may tap into the sound system as well and there is a ceiling mounted projector that can project films or TV on the back wall. The area has four distinct seating groups featuring comfortable couches, arm chairs, and coffee tables. This space is great for meetings and film screenings. The STUDY AREA is on the far side of reception and include a well-lit customized table that seats around 15 people. Universal international plug outlets are built into the table. This would be a good space for a meeting or a class. The third floor ROOFTOP is accessible by walking up two flights of stairs. The occupancy is about 25 people. There are two couches, a picnic table, and some cafe tables and chairs. There is an incredible view of midtown Manhattan and the Queensborough Bridge. This would be a fantastic space for intimate parties, bridal showers, yoga sessions, and photo shoots. There are public restrooms on the second floor (just one flight of stairs down from the rooftop).
