Industrial/Sci-Fi Loft Production Studio

1500 square foot loft space set up for photo and production needs. 1000 square foot main shooting area with up to 20' ceilings. 500 square foot smaller shooting area with large make-up/hair/changing area. Includes full kitchen and spacious outdoor patio garden area (for waiting/eating, not available for shooting.) Please be sure you read and understand the rules (especially regarding noise) before booking. Large white wall. 10+ unique, built out backgrounds featuring industrial, dystopian, science fiction and steampunk designs. White, green and black seamless included with 50' backaway distance and 15' height. 800# Aerial hoist (qualified aerialists and trapeze only.) Air conditioned/climate controlled. Rental includes 2 C-stands, light duty stands, sandbags, 2 apple boxes and assorted grip equipment. The studio is inside a safe, clean arts complex. Easy access first floor loft with plentiful free, safe parking right outside the front door for easy load in. + Standard capacity is 5 guests. Additional $5/hour surcharge for 6-10 people in the studio. + Strobe lighting package (3 Einstein lights with 2 softboxes, umbrellas, beauty dish and grid modifiers and triggers) rental is $35 per shoot. Additional strobes (non-Einstein) are $10/each. + LED continuous lighting package available for $35/shoot (4 Fovitec LED panels, 2x600, 2x900 bulb)
