The Space

Located in the heart of downtown, this LA loft is shy of 1000 feet. It's comes with a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, exposed brick and radiate concrete floors. Perfect for small meetings, workshops, photography, film shoots, dinner, pop up shops, off-sites and Yoga. We are located on the 7th floor with high white walls, large windows and terrific natural lighting which make for amazing photographs. All of the furniture can be reorganized as long as you coordinate with owners in advanced. Power outlets are located throughout the entire loft. There are two main elevators located down the hallway. Condiments: You are welcome to bring your own or we can arrange with one of the area restaurants or caterers. Seating: We have a dining table which seats 6 people. More chairs can be added for an extra free of $7. We can also arrange seating for meetings and private events upon request. Parking: There are several parking garages and lots with in a 2 block radius. Weekends: Friday evenings and Saturday evenings are $100/hour, 4 hour minimum.
