The Space

Enjoy an open warehouse space near the Port of Oakland in Jack London Square. Redwood accents adorn the cozy space, which dates back to the 1890’s. We are walking distance to neighborhood favorites like Yoshi’s and Everett & Jones Barbeque. This space also boasts a parking lot, outdoor patio, and loading dock for your convenience.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

We ask that all guests wear a mask no matter vaccination status. Please practice proper hand-washing and social distancing within the space. You're welcome to move the tables around, but guests are required to reset the room after their event (putting chairs and tables back into place). PLANTS, SPEAKERS, AND BAR AREA ARE NOT TO BE MOVED!!! Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash/recycling/compost into the bins/bags that we provide. But we will remove the trash from the room as part of our cleaning process. Guests are responsible for removing all additional items including but not limited to unused catering supplies (dishes, cups, stir sticks, pitchers, etc.), food, and decorations. Rentals must be picked up SAME DAY, unless you'd like to rent the next day as well.

There is a $150 corkage fee added to your booking for any alcohol that enters the space. 5 cocktail tables included Children Birthdays: 16 and below Adult Birthdays: 35 and above - formal dinners Events & Pop-Ups: -If alcohol is being sold, guest must obtain daily licenses -All guests are required to start breakdown and cleaning 30 minutes before booking closing time. Production: -We are on the train tracks, train comes every four hours or so. Outside of that is quiet here. -Photographers are welcome to use the stands and backdrops we have here in space.
